Temperament: Peaceful; one of the gentler dwarf cichlids
Minimum Tank Size: 20–30 gal (pair)
Layout:
Driftwood, rocks, and small caves
Open areas for swimming + some plant cover
Tolerates plants well

Tankmates:
Ideal for peaceful community tanks
(tetras, rasboras, Corydoras, small catfish)
